Lebo Voyages is subject to Swiss data protection law as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable. This privacy policy informs you about the personal data we process when you visit our website, use our services, or purchase products such as our ebooks. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, date of birth, payment information, and details of booked travel services. Depending on your inquiry or booked services, different data may be collected and processed.

Our website contains affiliate links and partnerships with third-party providers to offer you additional services and support us through commissions for bookings or purchases. When you click on one of these links, you will be redirected directly to the respective provider’s website. Your Rights Regarding Your Data
Data Retention and Deletion:
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you at any time (Art. 15 GDPR). Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by legal retention obligations. Once these periods have expired, the data will be deleted.
Data Sharing and Recipients:
Your data may be shared with third parties such as hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc., as necessary for contract fulfillment. Please note that, depending on the booked services and travel destination, the data protection standards in the destination country may not correspond to Swiss or European levels. This data sharing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 (b), (c), and (f) GDPR for contract fulfillment and legal obligations, as well as Art. 49 Para. 1 (b) GDPR.
Information About Additional Persons
If you provide us with information about additional persons who are traveling with you or for whom you are booking a trip, you confirm and guarantee to Lebo Voyages that you have obtained the necessary consent from the relevant individuals. We can only process travel suggestions, bookings, and similar inquiries if we have the personal data of all affected travelers.
Bookings
For travel bookings, we collect all necessary data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, booked services, and dietary preferences. This information is used to provide you with booking links in collaboration with the respective providers, through which you can book and adjust the trip directly if needed. The data is necessary for contract execution and billing and will be stored for 10 years in accordance with legal retention obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 (b), (c), (f) GDPR).
Order and Payment Data
Name, email address, and payment information are required to process orders and send our ebooks. The ebooks are currently offered in PDF format in English for download. The full amount is payable immediately upon purchase. Payments are currently processed via credit/debit card or Klarna.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the terms and conditions of the respective providers with whom the trip was booked apply. Please note that these providers have specific cancellation and refund policies that govern your booking. You are also responsible for complying with all passport, visa, health, and currency regulations for your transit and destination countries. For many countries, we offer additional ebooks containing important entry requirements and other useful information.
Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland. The legal relationship is governed by Swiss law.
